  Worst visit ever. Quality and service have been at a decline and this is all time low. We ordered 2 mcdoubles and 2 double cheeseburgers. When we stopped to eat we had all single burgers. Upon checking receipt we did in fact ask for and pay for doubles. We also asked for a large Coke light ice and the receipt had it as well and we had a cup filled solid with ice. So much so it was difficult to place the straw! Needless to say we had very little cola in the cup so full of ice.

  I really can't believe I waited over almost 15min for just a cheeseburger with ketchup. It's like they had a mental breakdown to fulfill the order. ZERO accountability.

  Normal morning b-fast pickup. Fast and accurate from this local Mickey D's as always. The 78th Street McDonald's is terrific and I'm glad they're in my neighborhood.
