  originally told my appointment was between 8am and noon. I called around 10 and was told it was now between noon and 2pm. I called again around noon and was told it moved up from 1pm till 3pm. Then they moved it to 4pm when I called at 2pm. So I called another company and then called Sears and cancelled my appointment. Cannot believe the inefficiency demonstrated by Sears.
