  5/15/2018 went into Tmobile to get my phone replaced, (I called customer service 2 days prior and they sent me a new one to this store)while I was there the sales lady told me about a few offers,I declined them. There were 2 ppl in the store. They kept trying to sell me products. I declined them. KEVIN, (the manager) inspected my phone, he proceeded to tell me that there was something damaged inside of my phone, I knew there wasn’t, the phone is like new. I have a problem with hearing the other caller. There was NO PHYSICAL OR WATER DAMAGE TO MY PHONE. I told him that my phone was fine and he continued to say that it was damaged,something on the side he pulled out. Needles to say he canceled my order and wouldn’t give me my new phone(all because I wouldn’t purchase anything and made it clear that I was only there to pick up my new phone). Even put on note on my account saying the phone was damaged.Being the genius that I am, I went to another tmobile store to have my phone inspected, 2 TMOBILE reps inspected my phone and guess what??? THERES NO DAMAGE! KEVIN from the TMOBILE Store on Waters and Florida AVENUE LIED! He just didn’t want me to have my new phone that I pay insurance on. The reps at the new store updated the memo on my account saying that my phone was in PERFECT condition. I called 611 and explained everything. I will be getting a new phone tomorrow. I also Called KEVIN to let him know that I knew what he had done and that I was making a complaint. He HAPPILY said ok. Now here I am.
